Nate did an excellent job replacing our water heater. This was a warranty exchange with Home Depot, which ended up to be a 2-1/2 hour chaotic ordeal. Nate was kind enough to push his schedule out to come back for the install. Nate is always dependable, does excellent work and treats us with respect. Our go to plumber for all our needs! I was very pleased with the service Tri County Provided. Unfortunately after setting my appointment for a bathtub drain to be cleaned my furnace broke. The HVAC guys were at my house when the plumber came. They had shut the water off. Nate from Tri County was very understanding and a pleasure to work with. He cleared the drain and even pulled water off of the water heater to run tests on the drain. He was very informative and he took that extra step to assure the clog in the line was gone. Tri County Plumbing in New Carlisle is now my go to for any plumbing needs we have.
